As part of the public tender “Incentives for the digital transformation of SMEs” (P4D 2025) EMG d.o.o. implements a project of comprehensive digital transformation of business, production and logistics processes. The goal of the project is the digital transformation of the EMG company, which includes key activities:
- establishment of a modern CRM system for centralized customer management with the introduction of automatic generation of offers,
- the introduction of a project management platform,
- establishment of a system for centralized management of project documentation (DMS),
- introduction of the MES system for project production,
- introduction of the WMS system for digital warehouse operations with the introduction,
- the introduction of a mobile application for work in the field,
- purchase of automation equipment and introduction of sensors.
With the project, EMG will improve the efficiency and traceability of business processes, increase productivity and quality of work, reduce administrative burdens, and establish the foundations for advanced data management and further automation of production and field work.
The operation is financed by the European Union, namely from the European Fund for Regional Development.
